Purchasing from us

By placing an order with us it is deemed that you agree to these terms and conditions.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received the order.

We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we confirm that we have accepted your order and that it has been despatched.

We are not able to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is unavailable we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel or amend your order.

How to Place an Order

Items can be placed in the PayPal shopping cart by using the Add to Cart buttons. This takes you directly to the PayPal Shopping Cart where you can view your order, continue shopping or complete the order. Items can be added, removed or quantities altered in the Shopping Cart. Delivery costs are shows.

The shopping cart can be viewed through the View Cart link on the Shop page.

To complete the order click the button Proceed to Checkout and follow the on screen instructions. You can pay using Debit or Credit card or PayPal account.

Delivery

Orders will be despatched within 30 days from the day after the order is placed. Cost of delivery is £5 per holiday. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Pricing

The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If a pricing error occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. In this event, if you have already paid for your order and you cancel it you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. Orders must be cancelled in writing to Henderson Business Centre, Ivy Road, Norwich, NR5 8BF or via email contact@holidaysfromhome.co.uk You will bear the cost of returning the item to us and are under obligation to take reasonable care of the products when returning.

You do not have to give us a reason, although a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers.

 

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

 

Returns

We will refund goods returned to us, providing they are in their original packaging and condition. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage. This will be deducted from your credit. Refunds will only be given once the returned items are received and inspected. Any goods returned that cannot be sold again as "brand new" will not be credited. (Not "brand new" includes damaged packaging.) Food items must not be opened. Part packs will not be credited. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

This policy does not affect your legal rights - for example if goods aer faulty or misdescribed.

 

Changes to these terms

These terms were last changed on 18/01/2010. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
